New Activities Coordinator Joins St Quentin Care Homes

At St Quentin Care Homes, we know that great care is about much more than meeting people’s physical needs. It’s about helping people stay connected and maintain their interests, making new memories and continuing to enjoy life every day.

That’s why we’re pleased to welcome Tracy Moody as our new Activities Coordinator, supporting residents across our three homes providing residential, dementia and complex care.

For us, activities are not an “extra”; they’re a vital part of how we care for people. Through our MAGIC Care Model, we focus on creating meaningful moments every day, whether that’s a resident revisiting a lifelong hobby, spending time with family, joining a community event, enjoying music that brings back memories, or simply sharing a laugh with friends.

Tracy joins the team with a passion for helping people live fulfilling lives and will work closely with residents, families and staff to ensure activities reflect the individual personalities, interests and wishes of the people who live with us.

Tracy Moody, Activities Coordinator at St Quentin Care Homes, said:

“I’m thrilled to be joining the St Quentin team and have already received such a warm welcome from residents and colleagues. Getting to know each resident as an individual is incredibly important to me because the best activities are those that reflect people’s interests, hobbies and life experiences. I’m looking forward to introducing new ideas and building relationships with the local community.

Jacinta Greatrex, Home Manager at St Quentin Care Homes, said:

“The MAGIC Care Model is at the heart of everything we do. It reminds us that great care isn’t just about support; it’s about helping people feel valued, connected and able to enjoy life. Having Tracy join our team strengthens that and will help us continue delivering the high standard of care our residents deserve.

As a trusted provider working closely with local authorities and healthcare partners, St Quentin Care Homes remains committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred care that supports both wellbeing and quality of life.

We look forward to seeing the positive impact Tracy will have across our homes and, most importantly, on the lives of the people who call St Quentin home.
