About St Quentin
St Quentin provides both nursing and residential care in a warm and homely atmosphere. There are 19 single bedrooms – eight of which have en-suite toilet facilities. All bedrooms have a vanity unit, call system and TV point, plus residents can enjoy access to free WiFi. Bedrooms at the rear of the home overlook beautiful terraced gardens, which lead to a large garden at the front. The property is fully centrally heated and has a lift capable of taking a wheelchair should residents require one.
Meals at St Quentin
We encourage residents to eat in the dining room at meal times wherever possible. In addition to regular meals, a selection of drinks and snacks are available throughout the day.

For breakfast, choose from a variety of cereals and/or a full cooked breakfast at a time of their choice.
Lunch – 12:30pm
Lunch consists of a nutritious and delicious three course meal.
Dinner (tea) – 5:30pm
At dinner time, choose from a variety of sandwiches and hot options, followed by dessert.
Getting involved
Everyone is welcome to join in the varied leisure activities, both indoors and out. We do, of course, encourage residents to follow their own pursuits and hobbies. And for any green-fingered residents, a greenhouse is available.
Activities
Quizzes and games, art and crafts, pamper sessions, pony visits, leisurely strolls and chair exercises. All part of our weekly agenda at St Quentin.
Entertainment
At St Quentin, we love to keep our residents engaged and entertained. From singers to magicians, we know how to raise a smile.
Facilities
Everyone feels better after a haircut. Residents can have their hair washed, cut and styled by our hairdresser, who makes regular visits to the care home.
Meeting your needs
Our friendly on-site Activities Co-Ordinator, Charlotte, organises a variety of daily group and individual activities suited to our residents’ needs. Current activities includes bean bags games, crafts, baking, gardening, bingo, book reading, reminiscence activities, sing along and much more.
Residents also enjoy regular entertainment from our favourite singers and musicians. St Quentin is also privileged to have monthly visits from Reverend Patrick, who delivers Holy Communion.

After nearly two years at St Quentin, I am happy with the care my Wife gets. Having looked around many homes, I think St Quentin is as good as any and better than most. My wife is very dependent and can do little for herself – so the standard of care is most important. The food is good and the laundry service excellent.
